In a thick bottom vessel,add 2 cups water,turmeric,salt,curry leaves,coriander leaves,vertically slit green chillies and bottle gourd pieces(peeled and cut into small cubes).nn 2.On medium heat let this boil till bottle gourd pieces gets cooked well.nn 3.Add basin flour to butter milk in a bowl and mix it well with out lumps.nn 4.Add this to boiling bottlegourd pieces on stove.nn 5.Add rasam powder and adjust salt and let this come to boil.nn 6.Finally tamper with cumin,mustard seeds,red chilly and ginger pieces.nn Rasam powder:nn Blend 1tsp coriander seeds,1tsp toordal,3/4tsp cumin seeds,3/4tsp pepper corns,1 garlic pod to fine powder.n
