About Me

My food philosophy is simple. I enjoy food that is easy to make with simple ingredients. No one wants to spend all day in the kitchen. I love trying out new recipes and my friends and family enjoy being my taste testers. I grill, bake, sauté, fry, cook - you name it. I don’t specialize in any one thing in the kitchen. Good food is about all food and it should be delicious and satisfying and something anyone with limited cooking skills can pull off. I like to feature recipes that you can make any day of the year.
