I have finally mastered the souffle thanks to my friend Chef Watson. I am still beta testing IBM’s Chef Watson. He is slowly improving how he puts recipe ingredients together. (I tried one of his souffle recipes with apples a little while ago and it was a total flop.) His last software update seems to have helped quite a bit. Chef Watson is improving his directions little by little and I was able to make a delicious souffle. I did have to convert Chef Watson’s recipe to gluten free. I think it is going to take a long time before he has a good grasp on what gluten free cooking is. I am so grateful to be able to work with him towards this goal.

Ingredients

chopped broccoli (tiny pieces are best)

roasted green chiles

clove minced garlic

butter

rice flour

cream cheese (full fat)

salt

milk

cream of tarter

egg whites

egg yolks
