A few ingredients and a couple of minutes are all you need to make this nutritious and tasty snack that is reminiscent of apple pie!

Ingredients

1 apple ((diced into bite-sized pieces (I use a wedger and then cut each wedge into thirds))

1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice ((you can substitute cinnamon if you don't have this handy))

1 teaspoon sugar ((or 1/2 packet Splenda))

1/2 graham cracker sheet
