About Recipe

The dish that we are sharing with you today is more or less a fusion of Indian curry powder flavor and Italian risotto and is particularly delicious. We sauteed prawns in butter and added green peas so that it can be a complete meal. It is cooked as a one pot meal. Find the recipe on our blog.

Ingredients

6-8 oz large prawns, shelled with tails on ½ yellow or white onion, chopped small 3 large garlic cloves, chopped small 1 T unsalted butter 1 T extra virgin olive oil ¾ C Arborio rice ½ C golden raisins, left whole 4-6 oz frozen peas, thawed and brought to room temperature ½ C of unsweetened coconut milk, stirred well 1 T curry powder 2 ¾ C organic vegetable stock a pinch of red pepper flakes for taste enhancement Parsley for garnish Major Gray's chutney for table
