1 Kiwi

200 gms Whipped Cream

2 Table Spoons Mascarpone Cheese

1 Tea Spoon Melted Gelatine

2 Crushed Good Day Buiscuits

50 ml Milk

1 Table Spoon Kiwi Crush

Cooking Procedure

n n Beat Whipped Cream in a Bowl using a whisk and add Kiwi Crush, Melted Gelatine, Milk, Mascarpone Cheese, half of Chopped Kiwi.n n Mix the ingredients well.n n In a small bowl add the Crushed Good Day Buiscuits or alternatively crushed bread at the bottom. On top of it add the mixture created above.n n Decorate with the remaining Kiwi fruit and keep in Refrigerator.n n Garnish with Chocalote Sauce, Mango Crush and Serve Chilled in a dinner plate.nn
