Au Gratins are normally considered a side but I think it’s the perfect entree served along with a fresh side salad. It’s also amazing for breakfast, just cut a portion into small squares, place in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil or dab of butter. Turn it a few times allowing it to become a little crispy. Top it off with kale roasted anaheim poblano salsa for a little heat and oh man is it ever delicious!
