Smoke salmon is one of my favorite food that I stuff a lot in freezer, because it’s healthy, tasty and easy to prepare for a simple week day dinner. I always buy a big batch of smoke salmon, put every 6 pieces in separate ziplock bags, and freeze them. Before eating, I thaw a bag under room temperature for 1 hour, or in microwave if I’m in a rush. I will go to a short run while the fish is thawing, and it’ll be ready after my work out.

Ingredients

half-cooked 9 inches pizza crust

cream cheese

smoked salmon

small tomato

small white onion

black olive

shredded mozzarella cheese

black pepper

olive oil
