I love fry breads, flatbreads, flatbread melts, it’s all good. Handheld scrumptious nibbles. I also tend to make them more into meals than say an appetizer. I love to load them up with goodies and cut them big. I’ve shown you my Chipotle Cheeseburger Flatbread Melts, Italian Sausage Pesto Flatbread Melts and my Mediterranean Flatbread Melts where I quickly pan fry the dough, but this one gets put in the oven to bake.
