About Recipe
I was sitting around down nothing, reading an already read short story by Edgar Allan Poe, when the idea to invent a weekend brunch recipe came upon me. Thus was born the dish POE, rather an acronym of Pancake Omelet Envelope.
Ingredients
Eggs : 5
Bell pepper : 1/2
Onion : 1/2
Flour: 1 cup
Unsalted butter : 5 grams
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Cooking Procedure
n n Take the flour in a bowl and add 1/2 teaspoon salt to it.n n Add the eggs to the bowl. Start mixing it with the help of a fork until a smooth consistency has been achieved.n n Add chopped onion and chopped bell pepper to the bowl.n n Now season it again with 1/2 a teaspoon of salt and mix well.n n Butter the nonstick pan. Pour half of the mixture to the pan and spread it on the pan like a pancake.n n Cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.n n When the sides of the omelet starts to separate from the pan and the middle part has solidified, fold the omelet like an envelope.n n Rest the omelet for a minute and then transfer it to a plate.nn
