About Me

My name is Sarah, and I do the cooking, writing, photography, and web designing  behind Savoring Spoon. When cooking, I adore any thing sweet or crispy, and try to cook healthy as much as I can.Baking, especially breads and cookies, was my first love. I started baking in high school, and have been crazy about it since. I love making cakes and cupcakes, and try to bake with an allergy-conscious mind (which means many of my dessert recipes are vegan). Since graduating college, cooking has also emerged as a favorite activity. I enjoy making healthy dishes that are often Asian-inspired. My favorite cuisines are Chinese, Korean, and American.
