Whenever I think of the perfect snack I ultimately think of tomatoes. I could literally eat these all day every day and be completely satisfied. Throw them together with some chickpeas and basil and I’ve pretty much died and gone to heaven.Yeah seriously.This is a great healthy salad that is easy to throw together for picnics, gatherings or just when you feel like stuffing your face with tomatoes. You could even make these into fun little skewers and serve them up that way, just drizzle the mixture over top and they’d be oh so pretty!
