12 oz arrabiata pasta sauce (or your favorite)

1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or alternative)

1 12oz can crushed San Marzano tomatoes

3 cloves fresh grated garlic

1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano

12 oz package of uncooked spaghetti

6 oz water

1 tsp dried oregano

pinch baking soda

black pepper

water for boiling

red pepper flakes

salt

oil
