Healthy fries for kids

Ingredients

1 Pound Skinless Salmon fillets

1/2 Teaspoon Redchilli Powder or to taste

3/4th Teaspoon Coriander Powder

3/4 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1/8th Teaspoon Turmeric

1 - 2 Tablespoons Finley Chopped Cilantro

1/4 Teaspoon Garam Masala

1/4 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder(optional)

Salt to Taste

1 - 2 Tablespoons olive oil.

Lemon juice to taste.

Cooking Procedure

n  nn  nn 1. Clean and cut the salmon fillets into strips about 3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.nn  nn 2. Add all the ingredients to the fish strips and mix gently. All the spices should be well incorporated with the fish pieces.nn  nn 3. Keep them aside for 10 mins.nn  nn 4. Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil on medium heat, add the fish strips and cook for 2 mins, flip and cook for 2 more mins.nn  nn 5. Take them out  and place on kitchen paper to drain off any excess oil. Fry the fish strips in batches.nn  nn 6. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice and serve.nn  nn Note: Adjust the spice levels as per conveniencen
