Ingredients

1 Bunch Fresh Asparagus

2 Teaspoons Olive oil

3 Large Garlic Cloves Finely Minced or Crushed

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Cut the bottom 2" (White Part) of the asparagus stalk  and throw it away.nn 2. Wash  the Asparagus and pat dry.nn 3. Cut them into desired sizes or they can be used as it is.nn 4. Heat a skillet on medium high heat, when its hot add the olive oil. nn 5. Add the crushed/ Minced garlic and saute for 10 secs, now add the asparagus and saute for 10 mins on same heat.nn 6.Add salt & pepper and saute for couple of mins, till the asparagus is nicley sauteed. Cooking time varies depending on the thickness of asparagus. Thick asparagus takes some extra time.nn 7. Serve them hot by adding parmesan cheese on top.nn Note: Quantity of garlic can be increased or decreased as per your taste.n
