Ingredients

1 cup diced potatoes

1 cup diced mixed bell peppers (green and red)

2/3 cup diced onions

2 small green chillies

1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon coriander (dhania) powder

1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

salt to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander Cilantro) leaves

Cooking Procedure

n 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add chopped green chillies, next add the onions.  Fry the onions till they starts changing color.nn 2. Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder, mix well. Now add the potatoes and bell peppers, saute for 2 mins.nn 3. Add the red chilli powder and salt. Cover it and cook on  low heat till done mixing in betweeen. Sprinkle little water only if required.nn 4. Now add coriander powder, fresh coriander leaves, mix well. cook it for 2 more mins and switch off the stove.nn 5. Serve hot with roti or rice.n
