Chilled desserts are perfect for summers….and what could be more perfect than a chilled chocolate dessert! This Dark Chocolate Mousse recipe is another one of those no fuss easy recipes which barely take time to make and look fancy enough to be served in a restaurant. Usually, mousse is made with egg whites and egg yolks, however, I made this for a friend who is a pure vegetarian and wanted a recipe without eggs or gelatin. This recipe is adapted from http://www.spiceupthecurry.com/ (here is the link for the original recipe- LINK). Frankly, I was a bit apprehensive about the texture of the mousse, egg whites give it that lovely airy texture that we all love, but I was not at all disappointed with how it turned out! It was quite creamy, airy and every single bite was a step towards a seemingly perfect dark chocolate heaven!
