FirstlY,soak almonds in warm water for an hour.After an hour remove the skin n grin in mixer until its a paste.if needed add few drops of water.Secondly,take a cooking pan n set to cook.pour ghee n let it cook for 2 minutes.Thirdly,add wheat flour in ghee n cook on low flame till the colour changes to light brown.Fourthly,add almond paste n stir n cook in low flame until it's brown in colour.Fifthly,add water n sugar n keep stirring until the mixture gives a dark brown colour n leaves ghee apart.add saffron n mix.hence badam halwa is ready to be served hot n yummy specially in winters...
