Ingredients

1/2 Kg Tomato Chopped into 4 Pieces Each

4 Tea Spoons Peanuts

5 Medium Green Chillies Chopped

1 Tea Spoon Coriander

6 Garlic Pieces

1/3 Tea Spoon Salt

1/2 Tea Spoon Cumin Seeds

2.5 Table Spoons Edible Oil

Cooking Procedure

Fry Peanuts in a frying pan on low heat until they turn golden brown color. After peanuts get cold, rub the peanuts with both the hands placing them in the palms to remove the outer layer.Add Oil to a separate bowl on the heater.Add Jilakarra (Cumin Seeds) & Green Chillies to the hot oil.After around 30 seconds add chopped tomatoes and let them cook on medium heat for around 8-10 minutes. Take off the bowl off the heater and let the cooked tomatoes cool down.Add Peanuts, Garlic, Salt, Coriander Leaves to the cooked tomatoes and grind them to make rough paste.Tastes good with Idly / Dosas / Vada
