Ingredients

3 Medium Sized Cups Pasta

1/2 Kg Tomatoes chopped into medium pieces

1.5 Tea Spoon Oregano

1 Table Spoon Coriander / Parsley Leaves

1/2 Tea Spoon Pepper

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

2 Table Spoons Olive Oil

1 Table Spoon Garlic Sliced Vertically

Cooking Procedure

Boil 6 cups of water add Pasta to it, cook on medium heat until Pasta gets soft texture.

Separate cooked Pasta from hot water and add 1 cup of normal water to it. Drain the water and keep it aside.

Boil tomatoes in water. n n Drain the water, remove skin from tomatoes and make puree of it.

Add Olive Oil to a pan / bowl and let it heat.

Add Sliced Garlic, Tomato puree, Oregano, Pepper, Salt to the oil and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

Add Pasta to the cooked tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes or until the tomato juice is thick to your taste.

Garnish with Coriander / Parsley and turn off the heat.
