Potato Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 Cups Boneless Chicken Cut into Small Pieces

2 Medium Sized Boiled Potatoes

1 Cup Cut Tomatoes

1 Cup Finely Chopped Onions

1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped

1/3rd Tea Spoon Salt

1/2 Tea Spoon Pepper

2 Medium Sized Lemons

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric

1/2 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

Cooking Procedure

Add Chicken, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric along with a cup of water to a bowl.

Keep the bowl on the heater and let the chicken cook well and take off the heat when the water is completely absorbed.

Take off the peel from boiled Potatoes and cut them to small pieces.

Add half of 1/2 Cup Coriander to the Potatoes and marinate it in Refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Add Chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Cooked Chicken, Marinated Potato to a bowl and mix well.

Add Pepper, Lemon Juice, remaining Coriander Leaves to the salad and mix well.Tastes good when eaten fresh.

Salad can accumulate water if stored for longer time.
