Ingredients

1/2 kg Fresh Okra (ladies finger)

2 medium sized Onions chopped into vertical slices

2 table spoon Oil

1/2 tea spoon Red Chilly Powder

1/3 tea spoon Salt

1/4 tea spoon Turmeric

1 table spoon fresh Coriander

3 medium sized green chilly chopped into small pieces

1/2 tea spoon Ginger Garlic paste

Cooking Procedure

Dry Okra before cutting them into small pieces to avoid stickiness.

Heat Oil in a pan and add Green Chilly pieces, Onion slices. After Onion turns brownish add Ginger Garlic paste and let it stay on low heat for 2 minutes.

Add Turmeric, Okra, Red Chilly Powder, Salt and cook on low heat. Keep mixing gently for okra to cook uniformly.

Garnish with Coriander after Okra is cooked and take off the heat. Make sure okra is not overcooked.
