Moong Dal Gobi (Cauliflower) Curry

3 Cups of cut Gobi (cauliflower)

1 Medium Sized Onion cut into vertical slices

1 Cup Moon Dal

1 Cup chopped Spring Onions

1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

1/3 Tea Spoon Salt

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric

2 Table Spoons Oil

1 Table Spoon Fresh Coriander

3 Green Chillies cut into small pieces

1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder

Cooking Procedure


n n Soak Moon Dal in water for 15 minutesn n Heat Oil in the pan, fry green chillies & onion slices until reddish.n n Add Ginger Garlic paste to the onions in the pan andcook for 2 minutes.n n Add Turmeric, soaked Moon Dal, Salt, Red Chilly powder, chopped Spring Onions, Gobi pieces to the pan and mix well. Let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat.n n Add small cup of water to the cooking ingredients and let them cook on medium heat until the water is absorbed and Dal, Gobi are well cooked.n n Add Coriander Powder, with Fresh Coriander to the curry and take off the heat.nn
