Ingredients

250 Grams Lamb Chops

250 Grams Minced Lamb Meat

4 Medium Size Onions Chopped into Thin Slices

4 Medium Size Green Chilly Pieces Sliced Vertically

1.5 Tea Spoon Ginger, Garlic Paste

2 Tea Spoons Red Chilly Powder

1.5 Tea Spoons Coriander Powder

1/2 Tea Spoon of Gharam Masala Powder (Look below for making procedure)

1/4 Cup of Coriander Leaves

3 Big Size Tomatoes

1 Tea Spoon Salt

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder

2 Table Spoons of Olive or any Edible Oil

Cooking Procedure

Wash Minced Lamb and Chops separatelyAdd 2 table spoons of desired oil in a cooker utensil and wait until oil gets hotAdd sliced green chilly, chopped onion and stir until onion gets golden brown colorAdd Ginger, Garlic paste and turmeric to the above mixture and stir until pastes gets mixed wellNow add Lamb ChopsAdd Salt and Red Chilly powder and let the Lamb Chops cook for 10 minutes under low heatAdd Minced Lamb to the partially cooked chops and wait until the water in the meat is absorbedNow Add 2 Cups of water and Tomato piecesCover the cooker with the lid to let the dish cook under pressure for 10 minutes at medium heat.After cooking under pressure for 10 minutes switch off the stove and let the pressure go off the cooker.Once the pressure is off, remove the cooker lid and put it back on the stove at high heatNow add Coriander Powder, Gharam Masala Powder, Coriander Leaves to the curry.Cook until the water is absorbed and the gravy becomes thick.Procedure for Making Garam Masala : Grind 1/4 Tea Spoon, 4 Cloves, 4 Cardamoms, 2 small Cinnamon, 8 Pepper pcs, 8 Kababchini pcs to make fine Garam Masala Powder.
