Healthy Cluster Beans Fry

Ingredients

1/2 Kg Cluster Beans / Gawar ki Phalli / Gokarkaya

1/2 Tea Spoon Pepper

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

5 Table Spoons Oil

Cooking Procedure

Break Cluster Beans / Gawar ki Phalli  into 2 inch size pieces and clean them with water.

Heat Oil in a pan and add Cluster Bean pieces.

Add Salt & let it cook on low heat from the water generated by Vegetable.n n After a while add Pepper and mix well.

Take off the heat when Cluster Beans are well cooked.

Serve hot.
