Ingredients

2 Cups Sprouted Green Gram (Pesarlu)

2 Medium Sized Onion Finely Chopped into Small Pieces

4 Big Tomatoes Finely Chopped into Small Pieces Without Seeds

1 Table Spoon Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped

1.5 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

1 Tea Spoon Salt

2 Table Spoons Oil

1 Lemon Squeezed Juice

Cooking Procedure

Soak Green Gram (Pesarlu) for 12 hours in water. After 12 hours remove the water and clean the Green Gram (Pesarlu) twice.Keep the cleaned Green Gram (Pesarlu) without water in a bowl for 12 hours covered with a lid to get sprouts.Add Oil to a pan and let it heat.Add Sprouts to the hot oil and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.Add Salt & Red Chilly Powder to the Sprouts and turn off the heat.Transfer the Sprouts mixture to a broad plate and sprinkle finely chopped Onion, Tomatoes and Coriander Leaves.Finally sprinkle Lime Juice.
