Ingredients

3 Big Sized Drumsticks (Mullakkaya)

4 Big Tomatoes Cut into 4 Vertical Pieces Each

2 Medium Sized Onions Cut Vertically into Small Pieces

2 Green Chillies Cut Vertically into 2 Pieces

1 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder (Or to Your Taste)

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder

1 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder

1 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Table Spoon Coriander Leaves

10 Curry Leaves

3 Table Spoons Oil

Cooking Procedure

Cut Drumsticks (Mullakkaya) into 2.5 Inch Pieces, peel off the skin and clean with water.

Heat Oil in a pan. Add Green Chilly, Curry Leaves, Onions. Add Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric, Drumsticks (Mullakkaya) pieces, Red Chilly Powder, Salt after Onion turns Golden Brown Color and let it cook on low heat.

After 5 minutes add 1/2 Medium Cup Water to it along with Tomatoes. Let the ingredients cook on low heat until all the vegetables are well cooked.

Add Coriander Powder and wait until the gravy turns thick enough to your liking. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and take off the heat.

Tastes good with Steamed Rice.
