Dondakaya (Ivy Gourd) Curry

Ingredients

1/2 Kg Dondakaya Cut into Small Pieces Like in the Recipe Image

1.5 Tea Spoon Red Chilly Powder

1 Tea Spoon Salt

6 Table Spoons Oil (Adjust based on your need)

Cooking Procedure

Heat Oil in a non stick pan and add Dondakaya (Ivy Gourd) to cook them on low heat.

After 5 minutes add Red Chilly Powder, Salt and cook it on low heat until the vegetable is well cooked.Cover the pan while the vegetable is cooking.

Take off the heat once the vegetable is well cooked.

Tastes good with Steamed Rice
