Ingredients

1/2 Kg Chicken

1.5 Cups Coriander Leaves

1.5 Tea Spoon Green Chilly Paste

4 Table Spoons Oil (Add or Reduce Based on Your Taste)

1/2 Tea Spoon Sajeera (Available in Asian Shops)

4 Cloves

1 Tea Spoon Cinnamon Pieces

12 Cardamom Pieces

1 Tea Spoon kababchani (Available in Asian Shops)

12 Black Pepper

1.4 Tea Spoon Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tea Spoon Turmeric Powder

1/3 Tea Spoon Salt

Cooking Procedure

Grind Coriander, Chilli Paste, Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala into thick paste. Make separate powder of Cardamom along with its peel.Add above paste along with Cardamom powder to the Chicken in a bowl. Add Turmeric, Salt to above Chicken and marinate it for 1 hour.Add Oil to the Pan on the heater.Add marinated Chicken to the hot oil and let it cook on low heat until the water in Chicken is absorbed.Now add 1/2 Cup water and let Chicken cook completely until the added water is absorbed and the Chicken is well fried.Procedure for Making Garam Masala : Grind 1/4 Tea Spoon, 4 Cloves, 4 Cardamoms, 2 small Cinnamon, 8 Pepper pcs, 8 Kababchini pcs to make fine Garam Masala Powder.
