Bhel Sprouts Salad

Ingredients

Puffed Rice 2 Cups

Sprouts 1/2 Cup

Onion 2 Medium Size Finely Chopped

Salt 1/4 Tea Spoon (Add To Taste)

Chilli 1/2 Tea Spoon

Corriander Leaves 15

Oil 2 Table Spoons

Cooking Procedure

Add Puffed Rice and fine chopped Onions in a bowl.

Add Oil, Chilli and Salt to Puffed Rice and Onions mixture and mix well.

Finally add Sprouts and Corriander leaves to the mixture and mix all the ingredients.

Can be taken as a snack.
