Ingredients

1 Medium Sized Beetroot

1 Medium Sized White Radish

2 Cups Finely Sliced Cabbage

2 Medium Sized Carrots

2 Medium Sized Onions Sliced into Thin Vertical Pieces

2 Medium Sized Lemons

1/2 Tea Spoon Salt

Cooking Procedure

Peel off outer skin of Beetroot, Radish, Carrot and wash them well.Beetroot, Radish, Carrot have to be grated for the salad now.Add Grated Beetroot, Radish, Carrot & Sliced Cabbage, Onions to a bowl and mix them.Add Lemon Juice & Salt to the mixture just before eating, this is to avoid formation of water in the salad.     Simple, Juicy, Tasty and Healthy salad.
