About Recipe

I stumbled on the idea for this recipe on the back of a bag of naan. Flatbreads, made with naan ... genius! Why hadn't I thought of this?! Talk about an easy shortcut for quick appetizers and dinners. Plus it's homemade (basically)! Definitely homemade when compared to a frozen flatbread or takeout.

Ingredients

naan (I like this Stonefire Tandori Baked Naan)

mixed mushrooms

olive oil

basil pesto (homemade or store bought)

salt and pepper to taste

crumbled blue cheese
