I used very few ingredients in this recipe, but to give it more taste and flavor, you can also add some tomatoes in it. The prawns or shrimps should be de-veined and de-shelled and should be marinated for at least 10 minutes with chili Turmeric powder and some salt. They are then cooked in lots of sauted garlic to give it nice aroma. Try to use lots of coriander leaves(Cilantro) which gives it extra flavor. I used Nando’s peri peri sauce , but can be substituted with hot sauce. Since I am using peri peri sauce, which already has salt, I didn’t add extra salt while cooking but you can adjust salt according to your preference.
