Whether you are travelling, driving to work or just finished a workout, it is always good to carry a protein snack. You can carry these superfood pumpkin seed coconut ginger and cranberry bars with hemp in your bag anywhere you go. They are packed with antioxidants, protein, healthy fats and fiber and will keep your hunger at bay. The bars are a little chewy with just that perfect texture and are very tasty. I used only dates to sweeten the bars and I added cacao nibs to give them that chocolaty flavour without adding chocolate chips. The ingredient that makes this an outstanding bar is pumpkin seeds, it makes this gluten-free snack irresistibly delicious. Did I mention the kids love them too? Why spend money on expensive store-bought bars that may have too much sugar or unhealthy ingredients when you can make these for just a few pennies? The best part is, these bars take almost no time to make using ingredients you can find in most supermarkets.
