Ingredients

1 and half cup split pea

7 cups water for boiling

a pinch granular salt

a pinch black pepper powder

a pinch cinnamon powder

a pinch dry parsley

about more than tbsp tuna fish from a tuna fish conservation in oil

3 tbsp liquid oil

half a cup water for mixing in blender

1 tbsp oil from the tuna conservation

Cooking Procedure

n Pour water in a medium pot and pour the split peas too in it,and boil that on a low flame .Don,t cover it with a cap. Let the the split peas cook,and that is until the water is finished.Blend that with water and oil in the blender until it is quite fine.Reheat it inside ande a small pot,and add the spices and salt but not the parsley,and make it really hot. Put the hummus inside a small bowl,and pour the dry parsley all over it,add the tuna on it at the center,and then pour the oil from the tuna conservation,all over of it. n
