Ingredients

Macaroni 100 gms, Onion, chopped 50 gms, Flour 200 gms, Baking Powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste, Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp, Parsley, chopped 2 tsp

Cheese, grated 50 gms, Water, Oil for frying

Cooking Procedure

n  nn Boiled macaroni in boiling salted water. Make thick batter with flour, baking powder, black pepper powder, grated cheese, parsley, salt and little water. Add drained macaroni and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and drop spoon full of mixture, cook on medium fire until golden brown in colour. Remove to a paper towel. Repeat the process till the mixture is over. Serve hot.n
