Ingredients

Flour 200 gms, Salt to taste, Margarine 40 gms, Oil for deep frying

For Stuffing - Keema (Mutton Mince) 150 gms, Oil 2 tbsp, Onions chopped 50 gms,

Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp, Chilli Powder 2 tsp, Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp,

Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp, Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp, Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp,

Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp.

Cooking Procedure

n  nn Method:-nn Take flour in a bowl and mix in salt, add butter and rub well. Add sufficient water to knead into stiff dough. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions and sauté on medium heat. Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder and sauté for half a minute. Add mutton mince, salt and sauté for four minutes on medium heat. Sprinkle a little water and cook till the mixture is dry. Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and remove from the heat. To make the samosas, divide the dough into equal parts and roll out into oval shapes. Cut in the middle to get two layers and shape each layer into a cone. Take a spoon of the filling and fill the cone and seal the edges. Heat oil in a pan and drop in the samosas and fry on slow heat till golden brown colour. Serve hot with tamarind chutney.nn  nn  n
