I made a Paleo “cheese” by blending together coconut milk and an egg yolk…it binds all the ingredients together and keeps the toppings from falling off of the pizza without any sort of “eggy” taste.

Ingredients

Paleo Pizza Crust

Red Chili, seeds removed

Garlic Clove

Apple Cider Vinegar

Real Salt

Arrowroot Starch

Water

Honey

Zucchini, thinly sliced into rounds

Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced

Red Onion, thinly sliced

Chicken, cooked and shredded

Egg Yolk

Coconut milk(canned)

Real Salt

Chopped Fresh Cilantro
