About Recipe

Part two of my celebration of one of the world’s most well known animated families brings us to yet another wonderful invention – Cake pops! I love making and eating cake pops. It’s the best invention since cupcakes in my very humble and very biased opinion. They are a great vehicle for creativity and the possibilities are truly endless. So in this post I decided to pay homage to Homer Simpson – the patriarch of the hilariously dysfunctional family – in the form of a cake pop. That bald-headed, beer-bellied, unwittingly wise dad that we are all thankful for not being our own father.
