About Recipe

This recipe for baked falafel with cauliflower tabouli is somewhat inspired by a really old Donna Hay recipe that I used to cook all the time when I was at university and for some reason had forgotten about. I then came across Sasha, the amazing blogger behind Holy Basil on Instagram and spotted a picture of some baked falafel which got me feeling nostalgic.

Ingredients

chickpeas

onion

cloves garlic

parsley, leaves and stalks, loosely packed

coriander, leaves and stalks, loosely packed

ground cumin

ground coriander

ground turmeric

salt

lemon

cauliflower

parsley, finely chopped

cherry tomatoes

small lemons

Salt and pepper
