My name is Erica, a former Graphic Designer from New York, now living in the beautiful countryside of Connecticut. I am a retired computer geek, deli owner, cancer survivor, and mom to three high-spirited, but wonderfully charming children. I guess you can say I wear many hats on this life journey! First and foremost, I love to cook, eat what I cook, and invent new healthy recipes for the everyday family.
