These horn rolls with Greek yogurt and feta cheese are flakey, cheesy and very easy to make. Crispy on the outside, buttery, they make a great treat for breakfast or brunch. They can also be used as bread substitute.

Ingredients

plain greek yogurt

baking soda

shredded feta cheese

shredded swiss cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or gouda will work)

all purpose flour

unsalted butter at room temperature, cut into small pieces
