Ingredients

tuna fish 500 gms

shallots 150 gms

green chilly 5 no

ginger and garlic sliced 15 gms

coconut oil 50 gms

fenugreek 2 tsp

curry leaves few

chilly pwdr 3 tbsp

turmeric pwdr 1 tsp

salt

cocum 4 pcs

n 1, put a earthen pot on the gas add coconut oilnn 2, when the oil is hot add fenugreek , when it crackle add shallots sautenn 3, add green chilly,garlic and gingernn 4, when it become light brown add chilly powder and turmeric powder saute  for 1 minnn  add water and cocum nn  boil add salt and fishnn curry leavesnn 5 slow fire when oil comes up . turn off nn  nn  n
