Tiger Prawn 4peace

Garlic 2clove

Tomato Sauce 25ml

White wine 2tbsp

Green,Yellow zucchini 100gm

Polenta 50gm

Seasoning to test

Olive oil 2 tbsp

Herbs(chives/parsley/basil) 1tbsp

Cooking Procedure

n Take a pan pot the olive oil, and garlic put the tiger prawn on it and sauteed it add the white wine and cover it, for while, add the tomato sauce and seasoning and herbs.nn For the Polenta:- boil the water with salt add the polenta and shale it nicely add some butter and take it out put it on the tray. make it cold and cut it with ring and grill it. and service.n
