Ingredients

- European sea bass fillets fresh = 150 gm

- Sundry tomatoes = 3 pic

- Red Capsicum chop = 10 gm

- Yellow capsicum chop = 10 gm

- Red onions chop = 10 gm

- Cappers = 05 gm

- Black pitted olives choped = 10 gm

- Fresh tomatoes = 10 gm

- Extra virgin olive oil = 10 ml

- Seasoning = to test

- Mixed green salad leaves = 1 small bunch

- Balsamic dressing = 1 tea spoon

Cooking Procedure

n  nn n n n n Method :- n n Pan fry the fillets of sea bass with seasoning and olive oil add some white wine and add some fish stock water, let it be on the until cook the fish, and take out from the pan make it cold.n n    For the salsa all the chop vegetable like ( red & yellow capsicum ,red onion , capers , black oilve , fress tomato) and mix it toughter, add olive oil and seasoning .mix it nicely.n n       Take a cooked fillet of  sea bass put salsa on top of the sea bass,n n For the garnish n n                   Permisan tuills and crussed black peppern n n nnn  n
