Ingredients

Fish Boneless -- 200 Gms

Lemon -- 2 Nos

Ginger Garlic Paste -- 20 Gms

Garam Masala Powder -- 5 Gms

Salt -- To Taste

Chat Masala -- 5 Gms

Mustard Oil -- 10 Ml

Green Chilies -- 10 Gms

Kashmiri Chilly Powder -- 3 Gms

Coriander Leaves -- 30 Gms

Turmeric Powder -- 2 Gms

Oil -- For Shallow Frying

Onion -- 20 Gms

Cooking Procedure

n Clean & Wash Fish and cut into even sized cubes.nn Pre marinate with little lemon juice , salt , turmeric & little mustard oil and keep aside.nn Roughly chop coriander leaves & green chilly and put into a food processor and to it add mistadr oil and make smooth paste.nn Take a bowl put the ground mixture to it add garam masala powder and the add the pre marinated fis cubes and mix well , adjust  the seasoning and leave it for about 30 Min.nn Take a pan and smear little oil and let it heat , now add the marinated fish cubes and shallow fry till done. ( Crisp & golden brown )nn Serve hot sprinkled with chat masala , onion rings , coriander & lemo lemon wedges.nn  n
