180 gms Pizza Dough

60 gms Pizza Sauce Base

20 gms Marinated Buttom Mushrooms

20 gms Marinated Grilled Eggplant

20 gms Marinated Zucchini

20 gms Oven Roasted Cherry Vine Tomatoes

10 gms Green Olives

10 gms Black Olives Calamata

25 gms Baby Asparagus

150 gms Mozzarella, Brianzanella Cheese

3 gms Basil Leaves

3 gms Oregano

Cooking Procedure

Make Pizza Dough in pizza shape

Spread Tomato Sauce on it and add Mozzarella, Brianzanella cheese.

Top it with all the vegetables listed.

Bake the pizza in oven at 360 degrees for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle Basil Leaves, Oregano and serve hot.
