100 gms Ciabatta

25 gms Caramelized Figs Al Balasamico

20 gms Marinated Ricotta with Lemon & Extra Virgin Olive Oil

20 gms Parma Ham

40 gms Prawn, 16-20 pcs/kg Head On

10 Sundried Tomatoe Strips

20 gms Smoked Salmon

10 gms Garlic

20 gms Extra Virgin Olive Oil

5 gms Baby Spinach

5 Romaine Lettuce

1 pc Orange Cracker

Cooking Procedure

n  nn n Slice three pieces of ciabatta, with a centimeter thick per piece.n n Grilled and rub whole garlic on each side while hot. drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on topn n Marinate and grill the prawns simultaneously nnn Assembly nn n Top slices of bresaola on the first grilled ciabata followed with caramelized figs n n Prawns off from the shell after grilling, top the second ciabatta with it and  drizzle with garlic     aioli   and basil pesto combined,    garnish with sundried tomatoe strips and some leaves of        rucola. n n Top marinated salmon on the third grilled ciabatta followed with the marinated ricotta n n Set bruschetta fantasia on the hot serving plate, garnish with marinated and grilled yellow and     green zucchini, with one black olive,green stuffed olive with ricotta and one grilled red pepper, marinated with olive oil,vinegar and roasted pine nutsnn
