My name is Suzanne Bruno, but I prefer Suzie – mostly because i’m from New Orleans, and down there we pronounce my name a little bit differently than most would expect (Suz-ahne, not Suz-anne – like it’s spelled…). I am a recent grad from Elon University where I majored in Entrepreneurship and minored in French (even though my French is actually horrible and i’m too nervous to use it most of the time). Now i’m living in New York City and am a recent graduate from the culinary program at the International Culinary Center. I hope that one day I can find the perfect job doing what I love somewhere in the depths of the under-paid culinary abyss. But in the meantime, I get to escape from my day to day activities and blog about the most important thing in the world – food!
