6 pcs Tangdi (Chicken Legs)

2 tbsp Cashew nut Paste

3 tbsp hang Curd

1/2 tbsp Green Chili Paste

Salt to Taste

1/2 tbsp Garam Masala

1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice

Pinch of Jeera Powder

1 tbsp fresh Cream

Pinch of Turmeric

1.5 tbsp Mustard Oil

1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Cooking Procedure

n Marinationnn n Marinate the Chicken with Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chili Paste, Salt & Mustard Oil for 20 min. Make cut marks on the legs for better absorption of spices.n n Mix Cashew Paste, Hang Curd, Garam Masala, Lemon Juice, Jeera Powder, Fresh Cream, Turmeric in a bowl and apply it to the marinated Chicken Legs.nnn Tandoor Cookingnn n Fit Chicken Legs horizontally to the Skewer (Tandoori Sheek)n n Place the skewer in Tandoori hot pot or Oven at 180 degrees C for 20 - 30 min.n n Take it out, garnish with Tandoor salad and serve hot.nn
